This Blog's Recipe Index

As you probably know by now, I like to share my favorite recipes. It's occurred to me, though, that it's getting difficult to keep track of what is where. So I thought it was time to do an early spring clean-up in The Sunny Raw Kitchen and come up with a way for everyone (including me!) to find the recipes previously posted here in a snap. The obvious answer was to create a recipe index. (Duh! Why didn't I think of this before?! Would have saved me a LOT of work! LOL )

I've decided to keep it simple and organize the recipes within 2 sections: dehydrator-free and dehydrator-friendly. I'll keep updating this index page as I go along and you will be able to access it easily from the main page.

    Let's see... We usually give all of our veggie pulp to our dog but I've heard of ppl making crackers with it. As for nut milk pulp, you can make crackers, cookies, it's really great for cakes as it makes the batter lighter. I just keep adding pulp to a ziploc bag that I keep in the freezer until I'm ready to use it in a recipe.

  11. Sveltie, Try using your pulp in these recipes:

    Almond Cheese Dip
    2 cups left over almond pulp
    1/2 cup cold pressed virgin olive oil
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
    1 tomato

    Puree together until smooth, refrigerates for 4-5 days



    Also
    Coleslaw Dressing:
    I cup almond pulp
    1/4 cup water
    4 dates soaked for 20 mins
    Juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 cup cold pressed virgin olive oil

    Blend all ingredients thoroughly except the olive oil, and then drizzle oil in slowly while blending and mixture thickens

    Both recipes from Rawsome by Ms Mars of Colorado
