  1. Right now I am most excited by making a variety of raw collard wraps! I usually use a nut or seed pate- or sometimes pesto- or an avocado spread- then I load in all kinds of veggies, and voila! To eat I dip in a sweet and spicy red peeper sauce! Yum!

  2. I would love 2 tickets to the raw food expo in Sebastopol. My favorite breakfast this summer is chunks of fresh fruit mixed in green smoothie pudding. This morning I blended pineapple, mango, nectarine, blueberries and banana plus parsley, dino kale, and fenugreek sprouts. I poured the smoothie in 2 bowls and mixed in 2T chia seeds. It set to thicken for 20 minutes while I cut pieces of the same fruit plus raspberries to stir in. YUM!

  4. I would love to make it there, but I'll be in California in August so I can't make two trips. On another note, the face lift to the site is nice.

  6. Right now I am enjoying making grape/strawberry/cashew/coconut pies. I am new to the raw dessert world but I whole new vista has opened up. I was a little disappointed that it did not gel as thick as I had expected. I will try chia seeds like Diana is doing or maybe I will attempt to use some Irish Moss. It is delish in any form though. Thanks for the giveaway.

  8. i would be so stoked to go to the expo!

my current fav raw dish is what i call breakfast crunch salad.

i chop up a crisp apple and a few stalks of celery, toss them together with a tablespoon of chia seeds and raisins, and a handful of walnuts. then i top it with a sauce i make with almond and sunflower seed butter and warm water and almond milk to loosen it up and add a pinch of cinnamon and agave.

  10. i'm also definitely interested in the expo!

i've been enjoying pureed frozen bananas with spirulina, a dash of stevia, vanilla bean, and peppermint. then i drizzle chocolate sauce over the top (coconut oil, cacao, vanilla bean and honey), which hardens immediately. it's a divine mint chocolate chip treat, and everyone i serve it to has swooned!
