The Raw Divas Reunited?Man, the last few days have been so intense, with lots of thrilling new developments regarding our road trip. One of them being that my dear friend and raw kitchen buddy, Heathy, will be traveling to the US right around the same time as we will!!! But that's not all, can you believe she'll be making virtually all the same stops! A-maaaaaa-zing, eh!?! I've always known we share a special bond, but I gotta say this is pretty darn incredible! Talk about being connected! lol
Of course, we'd love to meet somewhere along the way. The good news is that it looks like we might be able to hook up in Washington, DC. All the details need to be worked out, but it's still such an exciting prospect, I just had to share! ;-)
OK, now I gotta seriously get back to packing as the countdown has begun in earnest. Only 1 week to go before we're back on the road! Hee hah!

I love your blog and have followed for awhile. I am not raw but am trying to transition into healthier eating with the eventual goal of high raw. Anyway, I live in Northern Virginia (about 30 minutes from DC) and my hubby used to work in DC so he knows all of the short cuts and hidden gems in the city. If you plan a meet up with other followers of your blog, I would love to attend and/or if you are going to be teaching, I would love to attend. I am another fan of your blog.I am just returning to a High Raw diet these days. I live in the Amherst, MA area and I know there are a couple raw food group meet ups in my area that I have never been to. Not sure if I could find a way to contact them and see if folks from either group would be interested in a class, if you were interested in coming this way as you head from central NY.

If you are planning on potentially stopping somewhere in Massachusetts or southern VT please do let me know as I would love a chance to attend anything you are teaching.
I used to live in Ithaca. What an amazing farmer's market they have!!!!
They also have those amazing gorges and waterfalls. Please make sure you visit the gorges while you are there. there used to be a small raw cafe, but it is closed now.:(
