  3. You are a legend girl :) what an awesome raw recipe book! I bought it the other day. I'm drooling too!! Whilst not 100% raw, it excites me, the amount of wonderful yummy foods you can have raw and it's good for you!! I'm so glad I came accross your lovely blog from the GoneRaw forums.

  5. Will I need a dehydrator or vitamix or anything for these recipes?? I don't have all the fancy "raw" food gadgets.

    Only a few of the recipes (mostly cookies and granola bars) call for a dehydrator. For the others, you'll mostly need a food processor and a good blender (doesn't have to be a high power one.)
